From my experience, a great morning affirmation is one that consists of gratefulness and positivity toward the new day. You can also personalize it to fit specific goals you want to achieve or tasks you want to accomplish during the day.

Are affirmations better at Night or in the Morning?

There is no one straight answer to this question as it may differ from person to person. What works for me is twice a day. I do affirmations in the morning once I wake up and in the evening before going to bed.

All of the two are functional, but my favorite is in the morning. Saying affirmations in the morning is like creating the day before it begins.

How do I start Saying Affirmations?

If you’re new to the law of attraction and affirmations, you should make a short list of things you would like to have and things you’re grateful for. Write affirmative statements in the present tense of the stuff on the list.
